Clean Up Record-- Expenses |
Feature In Goldenseal accounting software, the Clean Up Record command will repost the current transaction, and check it for valid information. It's a way to fix posting problems, in those rare cases when things get off because of a bug, or an accident that interrupts the posting process. Starting with version 4.4, Clean Up Record will check for a couple of other possible errors in expense transactions, and fix them. Suggested By Turtlesoft testing. How to Use If you're not sure if a record is correctly posted, choose Security from the View menu, and choose Clean Up Record from the submenu. It will check the record for possible problems, and fix any that it finds. Technical Details Programmer note-- code added in CExpenseTransaction::CleanUp
