Starting with Goldenseal accounting software version 4.0, you can get almost any report broken down by quarter or by year.

How to Use

To see a sales report with totals for each quarter, follow these steps:

1. Choose Income from the Reports menu, and choose Sales from the submenu.
2. Click the More Details checkbox in the report window.
3. Click on the Breakdown popup field, and enter By Quarter.
4. If you just want to see totals for each quarter, turn on the Condensed checkbox.
5. Hit the Update button.
6. You'll see a report showing sales totals for each quarter.
