Contract Proposal Printed Form

Feature

Starting with version 3.9, Goldenseal project management software includes a Proposal printed form, so you can print a contract directly from a Contract record.

This is useful for folks who want to print short contracts directly from a Contract record, rather than using the Write Contract button to create contract text. The Proposal form looks like a business form.

Technical Details

For longer contracts, click the Write Contract button, and save a file to open it in a word processor.

The Proposal printed form works best for short contracts (less than 1/2 page in size).

HINT-- To get a price breakdown, enter costs into an Estimate record, and then print your Proposal form from that.
