Shipping Labels & Mailing Labels

Starting with Goldenseal accounting software version 3.8, we've added two new printed forms for Sales-- one that prints mailing labels (30 to a page), and one for shipping labels (6 to a page).

How to Use

To use the new forms, follow these steps:

1. Choose Sales from the Income menu.
2. Click the New button and enter details for a sale.
3. Choose Print Forms from the File menu.
4. Click on the Form Type popup field, and choose Mailing Labels or Shipping Labels.
5. Choose the range of records you'd like to print, then click the Print button.

Technical Details

You can modify the layouts in the Custom Layouts command, which is a very useful part of the Goldenseal small business software program!

If printing bulk mailings from Sales records, use the Find command first to locate the records you'd like to print, then follow the steps above (entering Found Items into the Item Range popup field).
