Starting with version 3.1 of Goldenseal accounting software, Sales records can show shipping address, street address and other additional fields from the Customer record.

How to Use

To add the additional fields to printed forms, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Custom Layouts from the Options menu, and choose Printed Forms from the submenu.
  2. Enter Sales into the Transaction popup field at upper left.
  3. Choose a form from the Print Form popup field at upper left.
  4. Click on the Field tool (fourth row left in the tool palette on the left side of the window).
  5. Click in the layout, and drag a rectangle where you'd like the field to be.
  6. Choose one of the new fields from the list of available data fields.
  7. Click OK.

You can also add the same fields to the Sales data entry layout. Follow the same steps as above, but choose Transactions from the submenu at step one.
